  • We’ve received your call booking and logged it into our calendar.

  • We’ll see you on Zoom at the exact time you booked in for.

Step 3: Make sure you've set aside time to read through the most FAQs.

  • It would be beneficial to have one for sure, however it’s not absolutely essential. You can still make great progress with home workouts. We find that the racing drivers who make the fastest and biggest progress do have gym memberships.

  • The quicker you implement the program your coach gives you, the quicker you’ll find yourself on the podium time after time.

  • Don’t stress! Most of our drivers have a holiday within their time in the program. We will adapt your program to allow for time off or an adjustment to your training plan based upon the facilities you have whilst away.

  • We get it! Racing drivers are busy people and time can feel limited. It’s why RaceFit coaches have your busy schedule at the forefront of their minds when creating your perfect training, nutrition and recovery programs. We will go over your typical schedule on our call so we know how to optimise your tailored program.

  • Yes. The program will last for 16 weeks as this is the optimal length of time to get you into good habits and get you winning more races.

Fuel

Our approach to nutrition is tailored to you and your life. We work together to help you come up with plans and protocols that are manageable, realistic and sustainable.

Whether it’s an initial meal plan, flexible food goals, calorie & macro targets or anything in between, it will all be based around foods that you love and already eat on a daily basis. You’re not “going on a diet”, you already HAVE a diet, we just need to make it work for you.

We can guarantee you that you won’t have to give up any of the things that you love. In fact, we’ll be encouraging you to eat them on a regular basis. That’s how we’ll achieve full food freedom.

Power

Setting goals is one thing, but it’s a whole different ball game when you find yourself in a place where you actually enjoy exercising.

For us, the perfect training programme is the right balance of things that you love and things that you need. Whether it’s cardio, yoga or weightlifting, we’ll make sure that your workout schedule is tailor-made to suit your lifestyle AND will guarantee maximum results on the race track

Rebuild

I can’t emphasise enough what a powerful tool your mindset is- especially if you want to be successful on the track. Having said that, this isn’t just about thinking positively and visualising what you want to happen – although we will teach you how to do that. It’s more about becoming aware of how your mind works so that you can get yourself in the right place at the right time when it counts. It’s about understanding why some people are consistently building success after success, while others give up before they even start.

Support

Support is an integral part of our program. Any time you're ready for that difficult conversation or need a nudge on progress, your coach is here for you. 

Accountability is essential to the coaching process and having someone who can point out the areas in your life that may need extra attention is crucial.

The weekly in-depth progress checks, access to a daily support group and monthly video calls to audit every aspect of your journey will ensure that you are supported throughout your time with us.

Education

Education is something that we take seriously at Racefit Online. 

Anybody can follow a generic plan for a few weeks. If you’re looking to make lasting change then boosting your knowledge is what really cements the change.

Knowledge is power, and all that jazz! For us, education isn’t just about the “what,” but also the “why” and the “how”. We make sure to take the time with each and every one of our clients to teach you everything you need to continue to find success in your racing even after we finish working together.
